Changes to our operating procedures
We are now scheduling routine appointments and surgeries, and are back to our regular office hours. We feel first and foremost that we must protect our public health while providing optimal care for our pet community. In that light, we are still offering only curbside appointments, drop offs and pick ups.
Please be aware that with the recent ability to open our business back up to routine appointments and procedures, we are trying our best to meet all of our clients needs. We are currently booking our appointments out about a month ahead and 2 months ahead for surgeries. We will do our best to accommodate your pets needs and we ask for a little patience as we continue to transition back to some level of normalcy.
Our services are as follows:
Appointments and Procedures
We can now schedule elective procedures and routine appointments.
Pick Ups
You will still be able to pick up prescriptions and food orders as you have throughout the pandemic via curbside service.
Boarding and Other Drop Offs
We are offering full boarding services. Drop offs for boarding and procedures will still be curbside at this time.
Remember, our lobby is closed so once you park in our lot, please call us to let us know that you have arrived.
Dr. Frost will still be available through telemedicine (Teletails) consults during office hours. Go to www.teletails.com to download the app and use our clinic code DKAH.
