Buy raffle tickets to win pet themed prize baskets – one is a dog themed basket and one is a cat themed basket. Raffle tickets can only be purchased and used at the Dunkirk Animal Clinic between 11/19/2019 thru 1/6/2020. Proceeds benefit the Bigfoot Fund.
Dog-themed Prize Basket: This basket contains a one year supply of flea/tick preventative and a one year supply of heartworm preventative for dogs only. (up to a $400 USD value) This basket may also contains dog treats, dog toys, a tick remover, pet odor exterminator fragrance spray and candle, and Dunkirk Animal Clinic and other promo prizes.
Cat-themed Prize Basket: This basket contains a one year supply of flea/tick preventative for cats only. (up to a $254 USD value) This basket may also contains cat treats, cat toys, a tick remover, pet odor exterminator fragrance spray and candle, and Dunkirk Animal Clinic and other promo prizes.
Purchase of raffle tickets and entry into the raffle: Tickets can only be purchased at the physical location of the Dunkirk Animal Clinic @ 264 Lake Shore Drive West, Dunkirk, NY 14048. No ticket purchases are available online. Price: obtain 2 tickets for $5 USD or 5 tickets for $10 USD. Must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets. The number of tickets purchased is not limited. After tickets are purchased, place any number of tickets in the ticket jar marked “dog basket” and/or “cat basket”. “Dog basket” is to enter the raffle for the dog-themed prize basket only. “Cat basket” is to enter the raffle for the cat-themed prize basket only.
Winning: One random client will draw one ticket from each basket container after 1/6/2020. The corresponding name on each ticket drawn is the winner. Winners will be contacted by phone. Also the winners names will be announce on facebook.
Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries.
Timeline: Raffle will begin at 8:00 am on 11/19/2019 and end at 6:00 pm on 1/6/2020.
Terms: By entering this contest you agree to the following statement and terms:
1) This raffle drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the Dunkirk Animal Clinic and not to Facebook.
2) As the winner you agree to have you and/or your pet’s photo taken by an employee of the clinic. The photo(s) will be used for the purposes of this raffle and/or future use, and grants permission for these images to be used by the Dunkirk Animal Clinic online at www.dunkirkanimalclinic.com and other online communities.
3) All pets receiving the prescription flea/tick preventatives and/or heartworm preventative products must have been examined by our veterinarian at least once within the 12 month period prior to the date the prizes are awarded. Recipient of the heartworm preventative must have tested negative to heartworm disease within the same time period. (exception may be made for young puppies)
4) Winners of the flea/tick preventatives and/or heartworm preventative products can choose brands and product types (topicals, ingestibles and collars) that are limited to what is carried in-house at the Dunkirk Animal Clinic.
The prize cannot be transferable to another person. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
